PURPOSE: To make a working removing a formed burr unnecessary by moving a pin arranged inside a work from an inner part toward an outer part with a slide of a slide die and aligning the pin with a recessed part for escaping.

CONSTITUTION: A lower die 8 formed with a recessed part for escaping that a work 10 to be made to a hollow shape in which a part is opened is made to a punched part against this work 10, and an upper die 19 supporting and holding the work 10 arranged on the lower die 8 are provided. A pin 7 which is to be arranged inside the work 10 corresponding to the recessed part for escaping of the lower die 8, and a slidable slide die 6 which aligns the pin 7 with the recessed part for escaping by moving the pin 7 from the inner part to the outer part are provided. A punched part is formed on the work with this pin 7 and the recessed part for escaping. In such a way, the working for removing the burr of the punched part is made un-necessary and the forming process for forming the punched part against the work can be reduced.
