Abstract:
In the field of organic chemistry, and therapeutical chemistry in particular, 6-substituted 19-nor pregnanes are provided which are selected from the group consisting of 6-substituted 3-keto-$g(D)4-19-nor-pregnenes having partial formula (A) and 6-substituted 3-keto-19-nor-$g(D)4,6-pregnadienes having partial formula (B), wherein substituents R, R', R1? and R'1? are as defined in the description. Methods for preparing these compounds, and pharmaceutical compositions containing them as the active principles, are also provided.
