Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve safety by preventing hairs from projecting when using a stuffing including angora rabbit hair and the like. CONSTITUTION: Two stuffing layers 2 and 3 are arranged within a futon covering cloth 1 wherein a material produced from yarns made of natural fibers such as cotton has 100-150 g/m<2> in a flat spread state and the yarn number count is Mm60-80. These stuffing layers 2, 3 are composed of rabbit hair, particularly angora rabbit hair and elements of different kinds. Either processed or natural rabbit hair or both of these will do. The ratio of the different elements is at least 30 weight%, and is composed of mohair, wool, alpaka hair, camel hair, polyester fiber, etc., or a mixture thereof. An air cussion 4 is interposed between both stuffing layers. By such a constitution, prevention of hairs from projecting and a high insulability can be achieved.
