Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily deform an object model concerning the object model editor which can deform the shape of the object model expressed by numerical data. CONSTITUTION:This editor is provided with an object model input means 10 which is provided to input the object model expressed by the numerical data, an objet model output means 12 which is provided to output the inputted object model, a deformation center axis generating means 14 which is provided to generate the central axis of object model deformation according to input operations, a local coordinate system setting means 16 which is provided to set a local coordinate system with the central axis as a coordinate axis, a central axis bending means 18 which is provided to bend the central axis according to input operations, an object model deforming means 20 which is provided to deform the object model along the central axis by utilizing the local coordinate system distorted by bending the central axis, and a deformed model output means 22 which is provided to output the deformed object model.
