PURPOSE: To provide a piping device with cover which can improve heat insulation, piping performance and reliability as well as piping workability.

CONSTITUTION: This piping device is provided with a cover receiver 1 which has a side plate part 2 with a locking protrusion 2 and whose section is formed into a U-shape, a piping fixing seat 5 which has a piping fitting part 6 and is fitted in the cover receiver 1, a lower heat insulation material 11 which has a fitting groove 12 in the lower piping half part and is disposed in the cover receiver 1, an upper heat insulation material 15 which has a fitting groove 16 of an upper piping half part and is disposed on the lower heat insulation material 11, and a cover 21 which is fitted onto the upper heat insulation material 15, fitted onto the side plate part 2 of the cover receiver 1, and is formed into a U shaped in section so as to cover its whole part. A damping protrusion 17 which is protruded and brought into contact with the inner surface of the cover 21 is provided.
