The optical assembly (10) further comprises front and rear lenses (18 and 19) provided extending across the open front and rear sides (16 and 17), respectively, of the body (11), the front side of the rear lens (19) being reflective, wherein the dimensions are related according to the following formulae: (1) W=[1+(W'/H'-B)]xW' (2) H=[1+(W'/H'-B)]xH' (3) D=KxS Where: (i) B=( 2ROOT 5-1)/2 (ii) 0.1
