PURPOSE: To provide the system which can maintain the consistency between information on a supervisor's side and information on the side of staffs in charge when the supervisor optionally adds or corrects operation or changes staffs in charge.

CONSTITUTION: A supervisor processor 1 generates individual operation data by the staffs from an operation plan and passes them to a staff processor 2. The staff processor 2 inputs progression information individually and reports it to the supervisor processor 1. The supervisor processor l stores alteration information by the staffs when the operation plan is corrected or added, and manages the latest operation data together with the report information from the staff processor 2. New operation data are handed over to the staff processor 2 again.
