Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition having excellent flowability and good applicability despite the nonuse of an organic solvent.
CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises as essential components an isocyanate-terminated urethane prepolymer, any of cement, lime, and a mixture of both, a bitumen emulsion, and a leveling agent.
