Abstract:
PURPOSE: To exclusively charge various secondary batteries by the same charging circuit by a method wherein secondary batteries of different charging characteristics are changed over simply without preparing individual charging circuits.
CONSTITUTION: A secondary-battery charging circuit is provided with resistances 1 to 4 which voltage-divide an input voltage Vin. When the voltage-dividing ratio of the resistances is selected by a changeover switch 10, a voltage which is applied to a battery 9 can be set arbitrarily.
