PURPOSE: To make a jig for cutting a lead-out line in common to enhance a cutting efficiency by a method wherein a hold groove and a guide groove for receiving a led-out line of a coil are provided in a terminal hold part.

CONSTITUTION: On an outer surface side to a terminal surface direction of a terminal hold part 15, a recessed vertical-cut-out hold groove 21 is provide so as to hold lead-out lines 2e, 2f, 2g of a coil 2, Further, along a direction perpendicular to the hold groove 21, namely a horizontal direction, a guide groove 24 crossing and communicating with the hold groove 21 substantially at a center is formed. The lead-out lines 2e, 2f, 2g of the coil 2 mounted to a winding drum part are penetrated through the terminal hold part 15 and inserted into the hold groove 21 opposing to the terminal hold part 15 to lead out, and in the case of an intermediate tap, the lead-out lines 2e, 2f, 2g are inserted into the guide groove 24 to that it can be inside a terminal surface of the terminal hold part 15. Thus, the leadout line not inserted into the guide groove 24 is cut and the lead-out line inserted into the guide groove 24 is not cut, therefore only the unnecessary lead-out line can be cut.
