PURPOSE: To prevent the jamming of prize balls from occuring in a prize ball gathering path provided on a mechanism plate of a pachinko game machine.

CONSTITUTION: This mechanism plate 3 of a pachinko machine is mounted on the rear side of a game board 2 free to turn. A first prize ball gathering path 4 and a second prize ball gathering path 5 inclined in different directions are formed on the front of a plate-shaped part 3a $ opposed to the rear side of the game board 2 facing each other and the second prize ball gathering path 5 is provided with an upstream side path part 54 and a downstream side path part 54 in a step with a square step part 53. The height of the step part 53 is set at least the same as or larger than the diameter of a prize ball. Moreover, a shade piece 56 is arranged at the final end of an inclination of the upstream side path part 54 being hung over the downstream side path part 55. A gap is so formed by the shade piece as to allow the moving of the prize balls arranged in the downstream side path part 55 below the shade piece 56.
