PURPOSE: To prevent the development of cracks during the lamination period of a fiber-reinforced resin by a method in which the periphery of a vinyl chloride pipe is rubbed by a rotary abrasive tool for roughening it, and the roughened surface is baked and then covered with the fiber-reinforced resin layer.
CONSTITUTION: The periphery of a vinyl chloride pipe 10 is rubbed by a rotary abrasive tool 11 while being turned to form a rough surface 12. The rough surface 12 is baked by hot air 14 jetted from a gas burner 13 in such a way as to form a baked layer 15 on the inside of the rough surface 12 and then laminated with a fiber-reinforced resin layer 16. By this molding method, the rough surface having a high cracking resistance can be formed by the rubbing treatment as compared with the projection method. The rough surface can be further reinforced by the baking treatment and thereby the development of cracks can be suppressed.
