Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the objective felt having a specific structure whose weft comprises a combination of synthetic monofilament yarn and spun yarn enabling a non-drawing operation and having an improved surface smoothness degree and a drying efficiency. CONSTITUTION:The objective felt has a thickness of 1.7-2.2mm, an air permeability of 1500-6000cc/cm<2>/min and a felt structure prepared by integrally needling and laminating a synthetic fiber web B to a weft double woven base fabric A having a structure composed of synthetic fiber warp 10 and weft 11 wherein the warp 10 on the surface of the base fabric A are floated for a long distance, the weft 11 of the base fabric A being a combination of synthetic monofilament yarn and spun yarn, multifilament yarn or the paralleled yarn of fine monofilaments, and the lamination amount of the web B being 80-120g/m<2>.
