Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a polyester pile cloth for vehicle interior improved in white unevenness and pile yarn falling phenomenon and having good quality by constituting a pile yarn so that a specific ratio of the pile yarn may have a specific fineness or above in the specific uneven cross section and the napping angle of pile yarn may be a specific angle or above. CONSTITUTION:A pile yarn is constituted so that the pile yarn is polyester fiber and >=30wt.% of the pile yarn consists of modified cross-section fibers having 1 or 2 or more recessed parts and >=3 projection parts in the cross section and having >=2 denier single fiber fineness and >=30wt.% of the pile yarn consists of the fiber having <=2 denier single fiber fineness. The objective pile cloth is formed using the above-mentioned pile yarn so that the napping angle may be >=50 deg..
