Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence of defects and troubles so as to improve the reliability of an atomic power plant, etc., by estimating, evaluating and managing the service life and deterioration of parts of apparatuses. CONSTITUTION:Apparatus parts management information, maintenance performing history information, plant and apparatus operating history information, design and maintenance knowledge information, and master data are recorded in and managed by a maintenance data base. A maintenance information managing section executes a data inputting/outputting and data retrieving functions. Basing on the function of the maintenance information managing section an analysis processing section collectively judges results of a statistical service life evaluating function which estimates a statistical service life estimating element based on maintenance performing results and the statistical service life estimating element, and executes a current facility maintained state evaluating function.
