Title:
【発明の名称】空気入りタイヤ
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3373900
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enhance the gripping performance at the time when a vehicle travels on snowy roads and icy roads in a tread part having a block pattern in which blocks rising from the groove bottom faces are arranged, by providing the reinforcing layers having a specified values of rubber thickness and rubber hardness on the front and rear wall faces of the base part of the block. CONSTITUTION:Plural blocks 4 (4A, 4B) forming the block pattern of a tread part 2 and rising from the groove bottom faces 3 are formed of a base part 5 which is made of rubber having the hardness of 40 to 65 degrees JISA and rises from the groove bottom face, and the reinforcing layers 6 covering the front and rear faces of the base part, which are directed in the direction of rotation of a tire, with rubber having the rubber thickness of 0.5 to 3.0mm and the hardness of 80 to 95 degrees JISA. Further, sipings 8 are provided on the upper face of the tread part 5, and the siping length ratio or the length obtained by projecting the sipings 8 per unit area on the tire meridian plane is determined to be 0.05 to 0.20mm/mm<2>. Furthermore, the difference in the angle of the rear wall face 7B of the block 4 to a radial line between the regular state and the quickly braked state on icy roads is formed to be 2 to 3 degrees.
