Abstract:
PURPOSE:To position a suspended object accurately by adding a position correction signal corresponding to a differential value between detecting signals of first and second position detectors to a position commanding signal to correct an error between both detecting signals. CONSTITUTION:The outputs P1, P2 of a position sensor 44 and height measurer 45 are converted to position data P3, P4 by position sensor converting means 15, 16. The position data P3 show the position of a servo motor 43 controlled by position commanding data F0 outputted from an upper controller 10, and the position data P4 show the position of an actual variable pulley 35. A difference between the position data P3 outputted from the position sensor converting means 15 and the position data P4 outputted from the position sensor converting means 16 is obtained to add a correction pulse Pc corresponding to the differential value to the position commanding data F0 and correct an error caused by discrepancies between both position data P3, P4. Thus, suspended objects can accurately be positioned at positions commanded by the position commanding data F0.
