Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable supplying radioactive powder from a powder transportation vessel to a predetermined powder supply location without scattering the powder. CONSTITUTION:Radioactive powder is supplied from the opening of a powder transportation vessel 1 to a predetermined supply location by holding a powder transportation vessel 1 so that an opening 5 faces upward, with a rotation arm 2 provided with a powder supply valve 4, connecting the opening 5 to the powder supply valve 4 of the rotation arm 2 and closing the opening 5, and reversing upside down the powder transportation vessel 1, rotating the rotation arm 2 and reversing the powder transportation vessel 1 to face the opening 5 downward, connecting by seal the opening 5 to a powder inlet 7 connecting to a predetermined powder supply location, and opening the powder supply valve 4.
