PURPOSE: To provide the small-sized apparatus capable of housing cut-on-board noodles in order in a noodle-receiving box without causing them to be broken and hard to develop mutual sticking thereof due to their drying and shrinkage.

CONSTITUTION: The apparatus is made up of (A) a base frame 2 into or out of which a noodle-receiving box 1 is drawn, (B) a noodle-guiding cylinder 3 supported by the base frame 2 revolvably and movably, above the base frame 2, in both directions of horizontal X-axis and horizontal Y-axis rectangular to the X-axis, (C) a X-axis drive 5 to make reciprocating driving of this cylinder 3 in one horizontal direction, (D) a Y-axis drive 4 to make intermittent driving of said cylinder 3 in the Y-axis direction in inverting the driving direction for the X-axis drive 5, and (E) a rotary drive 6 to make rotary driving of said cylinder 5.
