PURPOSE: To maintain the rate of turnover of taxis at a taxi stand under a desirable condition and to prevent the taxis from continuing in a line or passengers from being kept waiting for taxis by displaying a calculated rate of turnover of taxis on the display plate at a center pool, a parking lot of the taxis.

CONSTITUTION: A terminal equipment of a taxi stand 1a calculates the rotation rate corresponding to the waiting time from the entry of the taxi T to the taxi stand 1a to the departure of it with a passenger based on an input signal of sensors S1 and S2. The calculated turnover rate is displayed on a display plate 3a of a center pool 2a through a management center controller. The turnover rate of other taxi stands is displayed through the management center controller on the display plate 3a. The host computer of the management center controller calculates the turnover rate, that is, the number of vehicles which the waiting time keeps the good state. Thus, the number of vehicles for the taxi stand 1a is displayed on the display plate 3a so as to prevent too many taxies from concentrating on the taxi stand 1a.
