Abstract:
PURPOSE:To favorably print a high-accuracy pattern by transferring a printing liquid to an object in a reduced-pressure chamber. CONSTITUTION:Transfer of a printing liquid 5, 5,... to an object 1 to which a pattern is to be transferred is conducted in a reduced-pressure chamber 20. Therefore, there is no possibility that air may be enclosed between a printing liquid layer 6 formed through the transfer of the printing liquid 5 and the object 1, and the printing liquid layer 6 is formed in close contact with the surface of the object 1. Thus, there is no possibility of formation of pinholes in the printing liquid layer 6 when the layer 6 is subsequently subjected to a heating treatment. Accordingly, favorable printing of high-accuracy patterns can be performed.
