PURPOSE: To efficiently analyze a fault by automatically sampling communication control information on a faulty line, and outputting the damp data of the control information when the fault occurs.
CONSTITUTION: When the occurrence of the fault on a line is detected, the fault notice means 11 of a communication control processor 2 notifies it to the fault recognizing means 6 of an information processor 1. An operating system(OS) 5 recognizing the fault on the line starts up an information sampling instruction channel command issuing means 7, and issues an information sampling instruction channel command. The processor 2 starts up a control information notifying means 12, and samples the control information on the line in which the fault occurs by referring to a managing table 14, and transfers it to the OS 5. The logging means 8 of the OS 5 receives the control information, and stores it in a control information sampling area 9, and outputs the damp data of the control information. In such a manner, it is possible to efficiently analyze the fault by outputting the damp data of the communication control information.
