The electrodes opposed to and brought into contact with the plane part of the copper foil face of the ground level become the ground level and the other electrodes opposed to and out of contact with an inclination part become power source voltage +V because they are pulled up. Accordingly, electrode voltages of each lateral row are added and their sum is compared with a reference value for the purpose of detection of a boundary part between the inclination part and the plane part.
