Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase a preparation efficiency by giving a production order to sets for lots in such an order that production start time for each lot is earlier or, in specified cases, production completion time is earlier, providing non-supply lots at the end of production, distributing sets evenly for non-supply lots, and changing production order, and changing order based on the part preceding time according to a specified procedure. CONSTITUTION:The production order of sets set for product lots in an engine assembly order file (file) f3 is set in such an order that the production start time for each product lot set in a AF(Assembly Frame) assembly order file (file) f2 is earlier or, when the production start time is the same, production completion time is earlier. Then a specified production time of sets for non- supply lots not supplied to the AF line is distributed equally to change order. Also a difference between a part production completion time calculated according to the production order and lot production st art time is obtained, and compared with a set preceding time. When the difference is for a lot in the set preceding time, and a lot immediately before it is non-supply lot, both lots are changed with each othe.
