Abstract:
PURPOSE:To appropriately arrange parts as a whole by optimizing the arrangement of parts at every process. CONSTITUTION:The existence of N(i) pieces of parts P(i) is correlated with parts arranging state confirmation functions C(i) and the completion of the parts arranging stage is correlation with the functions C(i) and the satisfaction of a transition condition T which is the function of another condition J for completing the parts arranging stage. Then the time tp required for executing the stage is calculated from the inverse function T(J)<-1> of the condition T(J) by setting the time tc at which the condition T(J) is satisfied and the condition J. Then the time ts at which the parts arranging state confirmation function c(i) is satisfied is calculated from the time tc set as the time tp. Therefore, the time at which each stage is started can be decided and the arrangement can be instructed precisely to the most upstream parts by setting the completing time of each stage.
