PURPOSE: To satisfactorily disperse cells by wetting a slide glass with a diluent liquid in advance, pressing the split face of a cellular structure piece to the diluent liquid portion, and rotating the glass for centrifugal coating.
CONSTITUTION: After the fitting of a structure piece holder 20 holding a cellular structure piece 3 to a holder chuck 21 and the setting of a slide glass 1 on a table 12 are confirmed, a nozzle 30 is moved nearly to the center on the glass 1. A proper quantity of a diluent liquid is dripped near the center of the glass 1, and the nozzle 30 is returned to the original position. The holder 20 is lowered by a lift mechanism 22, the split face of the structure piece 3 held by the holder 20 is slightly pressed to the diluent liquid portion on the glass 1, then the holder 20 is lifted. A motor 10 is rotated together with the table 12 and the glass 1 for centrifugal coating. Cells on the glass 1 are dispersed together with the diluent liquid by the centrifugal coating, and a homogeneous single-layer sample is manufactured.
