Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the mounting and installing and to obtain the cast-stone block capable of being widely used by forming the surface of a concrete block like a natural stone and arranging a specified member at the bottom. SOLUTION: This cast-stone block is provided with the cast stone main body 12 obtained by forming the surface of a concrete block like a natural stone, and an anchor member 16 is arranged at the bottom of the main body 12 and projected from the bottom. This cast-stone block is obtained by placing a fluid surface transfer material in a specified thickness on the inner side face of the holding formwork formed with the hard female die approximating the external shape of the main body to be formed and formed with a hard female die capable of being split (on the flexible secondary female formwork arranged on the inner side face), placing mortar thereon while the surface transfer material is still fluid, compacting the aggregate, placing concrete while confronting the anchor member with a specified position inside the holding formwork, compacting the concrete, releasing the hardened concrete from the die and removing the remaining surface transfer material.
