Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the two-step discharge of a liquid and discharge the liquid in one step by driving a discharge port opening/closing valve in conjunction with the movement of a discharge member for the preset period until the completion of the discharge operation, and closing the discharge port opening/closing valve concurrently with the completion of the discharge. CONSTITUTION:A cam 67 is rotated, a suction path opening/closing valve 33 opens a suction path 26 via the movement of a valve pipe 32, a liquid 24 can be fed into the valve 33, a discharge member 31 is moved in the direction apart from a discharge port 22, and the liquid 24 is sucked into a space thus formed. The valve 33 is then closed by the rotation of the cam 67, the liquid 24 is sealed inside the valve 33, and the discharge quantity is measured. A discharge port opening/closing valve 29 is then made dischargeable by the movement of a valve rod 28, the member 31 is moved toward the discharge port 22, and the liquid 24 is discharged. The valve 29 is driven in conjunction with the movement of the member 31 for the preset period until the completion of the discharge operation, the valve 29 is closed by the movement of the rod 28 concurrently with the completion of the discharge, and similar operations are repeated thereafter.
