PURPOSE: To reduce 'shake' to an optical axis, to stably guide each moving frame provided with an optical element and to make a lens barrel short in a longitudinal direction by holding the moving frame on a guiding shaft body with a sufficient span.

CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a moving body 5 provided with a pair of guiding parts 5e and 5f disposed to be separated by a specified distance in the longitudinal direction of the guiding shaft body 2 and the optical element 16, a moving body 6 provided with a pair of guiding parts 6e and 6f disposed to be separated by the specified distance in the longitudinal direction of the shaft body 2 and the optical element 17. One guiding part 6e is inserted into the shaft body 2 at the middle position of the guiding part and the other guiding part 6f and the guiding parts 5e and 5f are inserted into the shaft 2 to make them in a detent state thereby guiding them by a common guiding shaft body 4.
