PURPOSE: To provide a stamp ink-supply device whereby setting of the coating thickness of a stamp ink on a stamp support can be facilitated and reducing waste of an ink and downsizing of the device can be realized.

CONSTITUTION: An ink-kneading table 5 which has a flat ink-kneading surface 5a and is rotated around a vertical axle is provided. During the rotation of the ink-kneading table 5, an ink on the table is kneaded by means of an ink transfer roller 7 that rotates in contact with the ink-kneading surface 5a. At that time, the ink applied to the circumference of the ink transfer roller 7 is applied on a stamp support 9 by a method wherein the ink-transfer roller 7 is rotated in contact with the stamp support 9.
