Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the double layered steel plates suitable for simultaneous spot welding of the steel plate and aluminum.
CONSTITUTION: A cold rolled steel plate 4 of 30×60×0.8mm is disposed on the steel side of an Fe/Al double layered steel plate (material for joining different metals) 3 of 30×30×0.8mm consisting of a cold rolled steel plate (steel layer) 1 of 0.4mm and an aluminum plate (aluminum layer) 2 of 0.4mm and aluminum 5 of 30×60×1.0mm is disposed on the aluminum layer side, then these plates are spot welded.
