PURPOSE: To attain storing paper sheets inserted to the inside of an accumulated storage device and taking out the paper sheets accumulated in the inside of this device.

CONSTITUTION: A beam up member 2 is provided in a lower part in a device main unit, and further a pair of power plates 3, provided with paper sheet guide members 4 adjacent by interposing both right/left sides of a top part of this beam up member 2, are arranged through a lateral side connecting member in the upper part, to also form an accumulating storehouse in the inside, and to set up a motor 6 for transmitting vertical driving force to the plate through a cam mechanism and a connecting member in the upward of the power plate 3. After a paper sheet is inserted to the guide member 4, the paper sheet transferred to the accumulating storehouse is pressed to a beam up member side with a weight by the lowering down power plate 3, and by again lifting the power plate 3, the paper sheet is clamped to be accumulated in the accumulating storehouse.
