PURPOSE: To prevent the cracking and flow loss of base materials in a slope protection work by a method in which hollow cylinders are arranged at proper intervals between a netlike material and the ground, anchors are driven through the netlike material into the hollows of the cylinders, and cement mortar and greens-planting base material are sprayed on the netlike material until buried.

CONSTITUTION: Cylinders 5 are temporarily set on the ground of a slope 1 by anchors 2, a netlike material 3 is laid and fixed to the slope through the cylinders by connecting it to the hooks of te anchors 2, and the netlike material, the anchors and the cylinders are fixed together. Then, cement mortar or concrete or greens-planting materials are sprayed until the netlike material 3 is buried fully or to the intermediate of the sprayed layer.
