Abstract:
PURPOSE: To heat liquid using an electric heating device on one hand and to produce steam not derived from steam produced by water boiling on the other hand by fabricating a non-pressure water boiler, especially for espresso. CONSTITUTION: A non-pressure water boiler 2 is equipped with an electric heating device 3 for heating water in order to manufacture boiled beverage. The electric heating device 3 is placed outside the water boiler 2. A pipe 6 is mounted between the electric heating device 3 and the water boiler 2, and the heating device 3 is thermally coupled to the water boiler 2 via the pipe 6, inside which steam in particular can be produced. Such an arrangement enables water to be generated on one hand and enables steam not derived from water vaporized in the water boiler 2 to be produced on the other hand. When steam is produced, liquid in the water boiler 2 is not overheated at the same time.
