Abstract:
Robot controller according to which an object (8) to be worked by a robot (1) is moved to a predetermined position on a carrier line, and three or more points that serve as references of the object are recognized by a camera (6), so that the object (8) is three-dimensionally recognized. Video data of the camera are sent to a vision system (7), and a relative position relationship is determined between the camera and each of the recognized points of the object. The vision system (7) sends the data of position relationship to the robot controller (5), which then corrects a virtual program position obtained through CAD/CAM from the relative position relationship determined by the vision system.
