PURPOSE: To enhance water-permeability and the strength of concrete by making a high-density knitted texture or cloth of the first layer of a surface layer, and by sticking a split-fiber laminated film onto a second layer.
CONSTITUTION: The first layer 1 of a surface layer is made of a high-density knitted texture or cloth. A split-fiber laminated film is stuck onto a second layer 2. Nonwoven cloth is used for a third layer 3. The high-density cloth 1 of the first layer of a concrete panel cover is faced to the concrete-placing side, and the nonwoven cloth 3 of the third layer is faced to the concrete panel side, and the end periphery of the cover is folded back along the concrete panel so as to cover the concrete panel, and the cover is riveted and fitted inside by means of staples or the like.
