Abstract:
The tip (2) can be fitted in a leakproof manner on an opening of the pulp cavity of a tooth and comprises an injector (24) for liquid and an evacuation conduit (25), which both open into the pulp cavity. A vacuum pump (5) is connected to the evacuation conduit (25) in order to produce bubbles in the liquid located in the tooth. A pressure pump (3) connected to a reservoir of liquid conveys the latter to the injector (24) so as to produce, by implosion of the said bubbles, a cavitation in the liquid located in the tooth, by the action of the pressure.
By virtue of the cavitation, the liquid introduced into the pulp cavity is forced to fill the root canals and to effect a complete cleaning of this cavity and of these canals.
