PURPOSE: To store a disk even after a disk receiving body is prepared so that working hours and cost can be reduced.
CONSTITUTION: In a disk receiving body 1 wherein an intermediate thick paper 9 is held between a first outer thick paper 5 and a second outer thick paper 7, a disk receiving void 11 for receiving a disk 3 is formed in the paper 9, and a cut line 25 is formed in the disk receiving body 1 in such a way that a cut is made along the outer edge of the void 11 from the side of the paper 5 as far as the paper 7, leaving at least the paper 7 uncut, to define a body portion 1A wherein the void 11 is located and the remaining portion 1B. As a result, the void 11 is exposed in the conditions that the portion 1A or the portion 1B is folded along the line 25.
