PURPOSE: To attain automatically retransmission processing at an exchange, by writing a message transmission disable terminal station to a tail end of a storage area of a transmission sequence selector, when the exchange transmitting a message to plural terminals detects the message transmission disable terminal station.
CONSTITUTION: An exchange EX scans a transmission sequence storage area MSM of a transmission sequence selector MSD selecting the sequence of transmission of a message Ma to the plural terminal stations when the Ma is received from an outgoing terminal station and transmits the Ma from a message sequence transmission section MOS in a prescribed order. When a confirming information CK is received from an opposite terminal station, it is inputted to a confirming information table editing section CTE and written on a table. When no signal CK returns from the opposite terminal station because of the absence of the operator or the like, whether or not the retransmission of the message is required is analyzed at a regenerating analyzer RSA of a transmission order changing device SC, a signal requiring regeneration NG is transmitted to a number of retransmission analyzer NSA, and when the number is a prescribed number of times or below, a writing device MSW of the transmission order change is started, the information of a terminal station for disable transmission is written at the tail end of the MSM and the Ma is retransmitted finally to the terminal station.
