PURPOSE: To enable the X-ray image diagnostic device to record only a fluoroscopic image in which necessary information of a morbid part, etc., is recorded with regard to the object part of an examinee in an external recorder.

CONSTITUTION: This system is constituted so that an image recording part 10 for inputting a video signal outputted from a video camera 4 for scanning a visible optical image converted by an X-ray detector 3 and recording a radioscopic image by a time portion set in advance is provided, and also, an external recorder 6 is connected to this image recording part 10, and by a photographing start signal S2 outputted from a photographing control part 7 at the time of starting photographing, the fluoroscopic image immediately before photographing, recorder in the image recording part 10, is read out and recorded in the external recorder 6. In such a way, when confirmation of an object part to be photographed and confirmation of a lesional behavior part are finished, immediately before photographing of an examinee, only a radioscopic image in which necessary information of the lesional behavior part, etc., is recorded can be recorded in the external recorder 6.
