PURPOSE: To improve the working efficiency in compactly taking-up a rubber tube, particularly in taking-up a rubber tube for gas by allowing the rubber tubes which are taken-up onto the both winding surfaces of a rotary reel having two faces for winding rubber tube to communicate each other.

CONSTITUTION: Two discs 4 and 5 parallel to a disc 2 are installed at the prescribed positions on a cylinder body 3 installed onto the undersurface of the upper-surface disc 2 of a rubber-tube taking-up reel 1, and the first winding surface 6 is formed onto the upper surface of the disc 4, and the second winding surface 7 is formed onto the undersurface of the disc 5. A communication pipe 8 is installed at a prescribed position on the inner surface of the cylinder body 3. A connecting tool 11 is accommodated into the wide gap between the discs 2 and 4 succeeding to an annular opened port 9. When a rubber tube 20 is pulled through a tube leading port 15, the reel 1 is revolved, and the tube 20 is lead out, but a rubber tube 10 is not drawn-out even if revolved with the reel 1. Further, the tube 10 can be drawn-out by a prescribed distance by winding back the tube 10 through the opened port 9.
