Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a carrying unit to be used for a breathing apparatus in which the accurate adjustment of a large breathing stroke capacity, and also the accurate adjustment of a small breathing stroke capacity can be carried out by using the same working chamber volume, and also the breathing gas passage part can be easily inserted into the driving device and can be again taken out therefrom. CONSTITUTION: A rolling diaphragm facing to a working chamber 20 is constituted as a pot-shaped baglike rolling diaphragm 8 being in contact both with an end surface plate 21 and with a cylinder wall 29, and the open end 30 of the rolling diaphragm is fixed to a connecting plate 3, and the bottom surface 31 of the rolling diaphragm is connected to the end surface plate by means of a fixing means.
