Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the unmanned vehicle control method for unmanned conveyance system which can shorten the average time of waiting time at all the stations performing calls when an unmanned vehicle is almost simultaneously called from the plural stations.

CONSTITUTION: Concerning the unmanned vehicle control method for unmanned conveyance system provided with plural stations 11-16 and plural unmanned vehicles 1-3, when the unmanned vehicles are called from the arbitrary stations 11-16, among the unmanned vehicle in a stopped state, any unmanned vehicle closest to the station of a calling source is selected based on first information showing whether the respective unmanned vehicles 1-3 are set in a conveying state or the stopped state, second information showing the present positions of the respective unmanned vehicles 1-3 and third information showing the position of the station of the calling source, and the selected unmanned vehicle is guided to the station of the calling source.
