Title:
POWER SOURCE THROWING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5827201
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a solenoid and to suppress heat generation by using nonregulated power as a power source of the solenoid and operating other load after operating the solneoid at the time of starting operation. CONSTITUTION:The power source switch 110 of a copying machine is closed and power is supplied to a DC 5V constant voltage power source 113 and DC 24V nonregulated power source 114 connected to the secondary side of a trnsformer 112. At this time, a controlling circuit 100 intializes each part of a copying machine. Under this condition, a print key is depressed and DC 30V is applied from the nonregulated power source to a solenoid 81 to start attraction of the solenoid 81. Thereafter, power is supplied from the nonregulated power source 114 to its load, i.e. power sourcd 116, 117 and clutches 2, 37. At this time, output voltage of the nonregulated power source is lowered to a rated value of 24V. Consequently, power source greater than rated value is supplied from the nonregulated power source at the time of starting attraction. Accordingly, the size of the solneoid can be made small and heat generation can be prevented.
