PURPOSE: To eliminate the hinderance of a visual field caused by conductors by stacking a transparent protective film on a transparent insulating film having transparent conductors formed and providing a display part thereunder.
CONSTITUTION: Transparent conductors 2 and 3 are formed on both top and reverse surfaces of the transparent insulating film 1 at right angles to each other, and transparent protective films 4 and 5 are stacked. The input position of a pen 7 is displayed on the display part 6 under the transparent protective film 5 through a position detecting circuit 8 and an arithmetic display device 9. The vapor-deposited Au and Pd films are favorably used for the transparent conductors 2 and 3, and the transparent protective films 4 and 5 are stuck to the transparent film 1 in one body to obtain a long life.
