PURPOSE: To automatize the fillet welding of a joining part of a horizontal member and a curved line like vertical member.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of right and left profiling supporting rollers 24 abutting on both sides of a vertical member V are provided on a working carriage 1 freely movable on a horizontal member H, a profiling positioning roller 26 abutting on the inner side surface of the vertical member V is provided on a rear part of the profiling supporting roller 24, together with a profiling energizing roller which is energized with the vertical member V side and abutted on the inner side surface of the vertical member V (combinedly using as a right and left profiling roller 53 of the torch profiling device 3) is provided on the preceding part, and a welding torch 4 is provided on the working carriage 1 through the torch profiling device 3 having an upper and lower profiling roller 34 and a right and left profiling roller 53. The working carriage 1 is rotated around the profiling supporting roller by the copying energizing roller, and the attitude of the working carriage is kept constant by making the profiling positioning roller in contact with the vertical member.
