PURPOSE: To easily install a sucker type holder on a mirror or the like by pressing down a peripheral edge part of an elastic sucker by slidingly upward moving a connecting pin or a screw shaft, elastically deforming a central part of the elastic sucker by slidingly upward moving it, and generating negative pressure between it and an installing surface.

CONSTITUTION: When a column 9 is rotated and stood up, a twoforked base end part 11 contacts with a surface of a pedestal 5, and a connecting pin 3 sligingly upward moves together with a slidingly movable plate 2 and an elastic sucker 1 with the contact point as its fulcrum, and a central part of the elastic sucker 1 is pulled up, and is elastically deformed. Thereby, negative pressure is generated between the elastic sucker 1 and a mirror 36, and the elastic sucker 1 is attracted to a support part of the mirror or the like. A column rising-up and falling-down adjusting cylinder 16 is slidingly moved in this condition, and when the column 9 of a sucker type holder attracted to the mirror or the like is rotated and tilted, the connecting pin 3 slidingly downward moves together with the slidingly movable plate 2 by elasticity of the sucker 1 and a coil spring 8, and elastic deformation of the elastic sucker 1 is released, and the elastic sucker 1 separates from the mirror or the like.
