Abstract:
PURPOSE:To form the whole uniformly thin and to stably execute a fixation by overlappingly housing two sheets of inner bags having an air permeability to house pellets in an outer skin not having the air permeability and housing an inner bag so as that the respective valleys in grating shape cannot be mutually overlapped. CONSTITUTION:Inside the outer skin, two sheets of inner bags 3 and 4 having the permeability are housed, and the light-weight pellets are housed in necessary quantities, respectively. For the inner bags 3 and 4, for example, a gauze material with a rough weave is used, multistage housing parts 3b and 4b are formed by grating sewn parts 3a and 3b so as to hardly move the pellet material housed inside, and the pellets the necessary quantity are housed inside approximately uniformly. A valley 3c in a grating shape of the inner bag 3 positioned in an upper part and a valley 4c in the grating shape of the inner bag 4 positioned in a lower part are composed so as not to overlap. Namely, the positions of the sewn parts 3a and 4a of two sheets of inner bags 3 and 4 are dislocatedly formed, and the formation is executed in a uniform thickness as a whole.
