Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a decrease in the amt. of filtrate due to the clogging during ultrasonic filtration by connecting a slurry storage tank and an ultrasonic filter with a circulation closed circuit, providing a crushing and dispersing device to the circuit, and simultaneously dispersing and filtering the slurry in the same circuit. CONSTITUTION:In the device for classifying a slurry contg. coarse grains and/or fine flocculating particles, the slurry storage tank 1, the crushing and dispersing device 2, the ultrasonic filter 5, a pipeline for sending the slurry from the storage tank 1 to the ultrasonic filter 5 through the crushing and dispersing device 2, and a pipeline 11 for circulating the slurry from the ultrasonic filter to the storage tank 1 are provided. Namely, the coarse grain larger than the sieve opening of a filter medium is crushed by the crushing device, the coarse flocculated particle is dispersed by the dispersing device by agitation, etc., and a synergistic effect with the ultrasonic wave can be obtained. By this effect, a decrease in the amt. of filtrate due to clogging during filtration is prevented.
