Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease an influence received to sailing resistance by fluctuating a fuel amount in a fuel tank further to provide largeness of capacity of the fuel tank by arranging the fuel tank so that it is positioned below a power transmitting device, in a central part of a ship body between an engine and a propelling unit. CONSTITUTION:In a ship body 11, a power unit 18 is arranged in a front part, a propelling unit 19 is arranged in a rear part, and a fuel tank 20 is arranged in an intermediate part. In a power transmitting device 5, a front end of an intermediate shaft 32 is connected to a crankshaft of the power unit 18 through the first coupling 33 further to connect a rear end of the intermediate shaft 32 to an impeller shaft 31 through the second coupling 34. Here, the fuel tank 20 is arranged in the vicinity of a central part in the longitudinal direction of the ship body 11, that is, in the vicinity of the center of gravity of the ship body 11, on a hull 12. In the fuel tank 20, the intermediate shaft 32 is arranged in a recessed part 36, provided to extend longitudinally in an upper surface, further to arrange a bearing 35 in a cavity part 37 vertically inserted.
